STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
We engage stakeholders in a functional listening process to define the material issues on which to develop our strategy and plan interventions to achieve ESG targets.
MATERIALITY ANALYSIS
In 2023, we conducted a materiality analysis based on the GRI and Communication on Progress (COP) principles of the UN Global Compact. We expanded the number of stakeholders involved from 200 to 1,300 and conducted more in-depth interviews. As a result, a new materiality matrix emerged with some key issues, such as climate change, being repositioned, while others, such as R&D and health and safety, remained highly relevant to us and our stakeholders.
