Milan, 15 April 2025 – Fabrizio Di Amato, Founder and Chairman of MAIRE, was awarded the prestigious Italian Quality Award by the Comitato Leonardo, as an example of internationally recognized Made in Italy excellence characterized by entrepreneurial vision, propensity for innovation and commitment to sustainability.
The Group today demonstrates how Italy can combine innovation, research, and applied technologies. In particular, MAIRE has been recognized for the excellence achieved in the field of industrial engineering and energy transition, thanks to the design and construction of technologically advanced and sustainable infrastructure that position Italy as a distinguished and competitive player on the international scene.
The ComitatoLeonardo brings together 160 well-known figures, including entrepreneurs, artists, scientists and men and women from the world of culture, who wish to share the goal of enhancing Italy and its originality by holding high-profile projects.
The award ceremony was held at Rome’s Villa Madama on the National Made in Italy Day, which is dedicated to the promotion of Italian creativity and excellence and celebrated on the anniversary of the birth of the genius Leonardo da Vinci. Present at the award presentation were Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni; Antonio Tajani, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation; Adolfo Urso, Minister of Enterprises and Made in Italy; Sergio Dompé, President of the Comitato Leonardo; Emanuele Orsini, President of Confindustria; and Matteo Zoppas, President of ITA Trade Agency.
