The company hereby confirms that, also for the financial year 2020, it will continue to voluntarily submit an "Interim Financial Report", containing the same items of information included in past reports, as at March 31 and September 30, for the approval of the Board of Directors within 45 days of the end of each quarter and will make them available to the public via the company's usual methods.
Following each Board of Directors’ meeting to approve the periodic financial statements, a press release will be published and there will be a conference call (audio-conference and webcast) with the financial community; dates and timing will be duly announced as soon as they are scheduled.
Pursuant to the reporting obligations set forth in the Instructions to the Rules of the Markets Organised and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (Title IA.2, Section IA.2.1, Article IA.2.1.3), Maire Tecnimont informs that, should the Shareholders’ Meeting - convened to approve the annual report as at 31 December 2019 – resolve on the payment of any dividend in respect of the results of the year 2019, this will be paid April 2020 [1].
