• New awards in the core business for an overall value of approximately €96 MN for licensing, technology packages,  procurement and engineering services

Milan, 30 January 2014 – Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. announces that several contracts and order variations have been awarded through its subsidiaries Tecnimont S.p.A., KT - Kinetics Technology S.p.A. and Stamicarbon BV for a total amount of approximately €96 million for Licensing, Technology Packages, Procurement and Engineering services.

These awards, related to the core business of oil & gas, petrochemicals and fertilizers, have been granted in Europe, North America, the Middle East and Eastern Asia, further consolidating the growth strategy in the higher margin and technology-driven service area.

These latest acquisitions also underpin the resilience of our technology-driven business model supported by our leading position in our core businesses, and by distinctive competencies recognized across the markets where we operate.
