EXERCISE OF THE OVER-ALLOTMENT OPTION IN CONNECTION WITH THE ISSUE OF EQUITY-LINKED BONDS
Milan, 17 February 2014 – In connection with the issue of its €70 million 5.75% equity-linked bonds due 20 February 2019 announced on 13 February 2014 (the “Bonds”), Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. (“Maire Tecnimont” or the “Company”) announces today that the Joint Bookrunners have exercised their over-allotment option in full.
As a result, the aggregate principal amount of the Bonds is increased from €70 million to €80 million.
Settlement of the Bonds is expected to take place on 20 February 2014.
Banca IMI S.p.A. acted as Global Coordinator, and together with UniCredit Bank AG, Milan Branch, as Joint Bookrunners (the “Joint Bookrunners”). MPS Capital Services Banca per le Imprese S.p.A. acted as Co-Bookrunner (together with the Joint Bookrunners, the “Bookrunners”).
