28 March 2019 - Maire Tecnimont has been awarded the special Smart Working prize for the "Be ADAPTIVE! - Working Smart in Maire Tecnimont Group" project, as a result of its participation in the HR Digital Mindset Award.

The event organized by Proper Transearch Group, is dedicated to companies that led the path in using digital technology for human resource management in Italy. The first edition of the award ceremony was held in Milan at the headquarters of the Feltrinelli Foundation and was attended by prestigious national and international companies situated within Italy.

Franco Ghiringhelli, Maire Tecnimont Group Human Resources, Organization and ICT Senior Vice President, received the award proud of the results obtained: “The inspiration for the smart working project was found through the competition for new ideas “BE ADAPTIVE! -Think Tank” that included the participation of over 150 colleagues and the presentation of 58 business cases. After careful analysis by an Evaluation Board, the top 5 proposals were given awards and an implementation process was put into effect within the company that has seen the involvement of approximately 1800 employees to date. Digital technologies, rethinking of spaces, working remotely and time flexibility are the most essential bases to cover on the path to redefining a new business model”.
