Climate goals needs competences, that should be created quickly, broadly and in an inclusive way, to educate to climate mitigation and adaptation and to develop innovative solutions for decarbonization. This is one of the central topics within the platform of COP28. This workshop will present the results of an international survey across 10 countries to assess the perceived relevance and urgency of the creation and reskilling of competences for the energy transition and it will discuss how this process may be improved through international industrial cooperation.
