The DE&I Working Group operates within the scope of the activities of the Internal Sustainability Committee of MAIRE. and has the task of continuing to promote initiatives for the widespread dissemination of the culture of equal opportunities, the promotion of inclusion and the enhancement of diversity in all its dimensions in line with the objectives of the MAIRE group Sustainability Strategy.

A partnership between ENEA and our Maire Tecnimont Foundation built for the realization of a project linked to the engagement of the female student population on STEM courses as part of Projetto Italia in Classe A.
